Question: bad cramps at 4 1/2 weeks pregnant with no bleeding. Does this mean a possible miscarriage. Do I need to call a Doctor. Some people say online that this is normal as it is an implantation possibility

Brief Answer:
Not likely implantation nor miscarriage

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
Implantation bleeding occur usually 10-14 days after ovulation so this is bit to late for this to occur, although, not imposible. Miscarriage usually.manifest with vaginal bleeding and I don't think you need to be worried.this can be sign of fetal growing and hormonal changes. You should.decide about visiting doctor but whatever it is,there is no specific treatment. Wish you good health.regard
