Brief Answer:
You need evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
This is not at all normal at your age. You need evaluation.
In my opinion you should consult a gynaecologist and get yourself examine to rule out the cause of bleeding.
The bleeding may be from vagina, rectum or bladder.( you have not mentioned the type of hysterectomy performed)
Malignancy should also be rule out at your age.
I think I have answered your query if you have further questions I will be happy to help you.
Good luck.
Regards
Dr. Richa
