Question: I took the depo shot as a contraceptive one month ago and now i am bleeding sice 10 days. I tought it would me my period or spot but i still bleeding.could you tell me why and give me a solution to stop it,thank you.

It is a very common after the Depo shot to have some amount of spotting or bleeding .
IF it gets troublesome, you just skip your next dose.
If it is very heavy, you need progesterone tablets to control it.
First take a pregnancy test.
YOu need to see your doctor who will carry out an ultrasound of the uterus and ovaries to tell you if the Depo is indeed causing it.
