Brief Answer:
This could be due to ear canal or ear drum injury.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

The ear bleed could be due to ear canal or ear drum damage.

I recommend the following.
1) Most of the ear bleeds are self limiting. They will stop on their own without any treatment.
2) Otoscopic examination of the ear to rule out ear drum injury.
3) A sterile cotton can be plugged into the canal to stop bleeding.
4) Hemogocoagulase drops could be instilled into ear canal to stop bleeding.
5) If the bleeding still not stopping, then I would suggest a clotting profile evaluation to rule out bleeding disorders.

You will be fine.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.

Wish you a good health and speedy recovery.
