Brief Answer:
Different conditions may cause those symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Bleeding from mouth, nose and ears may be related to different conditions.

These include viral hemorrhagic fevers (dengue, Ebola, yellow fever), but usually these symptoms are anticipated by flu-like symptoms and are transmitted by infected animals, or from person to person.

These symptoms may be related to head trauma too.

Another condition related to these symptoms is deficiency of blood clotting factors usually related to serious liver damage.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Are there any types of drugs in particular that could cause this?

Brief Answer:
Drugs that prevent blood from clotting.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again and thanks for asking back.

Drugs used to prevent blood clotting ( Warfarin, Clopidogel, Aspirin, Heparin and its derivatives ) when overused or used inappropriately, can cause those symptoms.

Those symptoms herald a internal bleeding too.

Hope I helped you. Best regards.
