Question : i was having intercourse and i felt a small pinch i didnt think anything of it. i soon noticed i was bleeding. i stoped and applied preasure. its been around 2 hours and the rip is on the bottom of the head, where the foreskin connects. im still bleeding. it is very minimal but i want to know how i should proceed.

Hello,

I can understand your concern.

Please apply pressure with clean cotton,gauge piece or clothe just below(from where blood is coming towards bleeding point) the bleeding point.And then apply pressure on bleeding point.
Wait for 10mintues. Release pressure gradually.It will mostly stop. Avoid masturbation or sex for 1 week at least then.

After removing pressure for 10 minutes if bleeding continues or tear is more in length than 5 mm , please consult doctor for check up and intervention.
