Question : It's been 4 days since I was having sex and I started bleeding from my penis and only that day it was bledding now it hasn't bleed but it just hurts a little less how long until the pain goes away totally?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concern.
It appears to be bleeding after breaking of a tag that joins prepuce to glans. It bleeds for that day only and gets healed soon. You should avoid sex and apply any antiseptic ointment like soframycin or mupirocin. The pain usually subsides by 7th day when wound gets healed. Orally you may take tablet Paracetamol 500mg thrice a day for three days to relieve pain and vitamin c twice a day for 3 days for promoting healing.

it feels like it's the tip of the penis that hurts because I stretch the skin and it doesn't hurt but once it's close it just feels like it's irritated

You are right. It does not pain at stretching. But closure causes pain & irritation.
