Brief Answer:
It is time to visit your gynecologist.

Detailed Answer:
This is not a common complaint. Bleeding from the clitoris needs to be properly evaluated. The clitoris is just above the opening for urination called the urethra. There it is not an unusual to see diverticuli a little outpouching that sometimes can get infected or irritated and bleed. Sometimes these 'tics can be relatively painless. However this would also require a visit for evaluation.
The clitoris is a collagen tissue with a large nerve supply but not much of a vascular supply. I am concerned that something else is going on. There are many different skin condition that can occur in the genital area. The fact that the bleeding is persistent means it needs to be checked out. I hope it's a simple problem easily fixed. But it is not normal.
