Question : I am occasionally finding small drops of blood on the front of my underwear. I suffer with an enlarged prostate. I suffer no pain when I urinate

Blood on the underwear indicates that you are bleeding from the urethra. It might be caused by your current prostate issue, prostate inflammation, prostate cancer. In rare cases such bleeding can be the first symptom of bladder cancer.
