Question : Is it common to have bleeding while first time licking vagina of a girl or having a sex first time?? What one should do for a safe sex and no bleeding from a girl vagina??

Oral sex will not lead to bleeding unm from the vagina however first time sex can lead to bleeding. It is inevitable as the hymen ( small sheath inside the vagina) breaks and this leads to bleeding. It requires no treatment, bleeding will stop spontaneously after sometime

Please use a condom every time for safe sex.

What if the vagina is paining and got swollen?? It just happened what i should do in this case?? Is there any home treatment??

Hello

Vagina will pain and swell up. Here is what you should do

1. Avoid sex for a few days including oral sex
2. Tab paracetamol is an ideal pain killer , it can be taken three times a day for not more than 2 days
3. Apply cold packs onto the swollen area, for 5 min each time. This has to be done 4 to 5 times a day
