Brief Answer:
Get a Transvaginal ultrasound (TVS) and a Pap smear immediately.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam.

I understand your concern.

As per your history given its extremely important to rule out malignancy of the uterus ,because any postmenopausal bleed carries a high risk of cancer.

For this you need to undergo a transvaginal ultrasonography/TVS at the earliest.

Also a Cervical pap is indicated simultaneously.

In case if these tests turn out normal, you need not worry further.

Consultation with your Gynecologist at the earliest is important.

Thank you.
