Thanks for the query
Patients on chemotherapy stand a very high chance of shingles and it often seen in them. I suggest you to take a picture of it and attach it so that I can see and tell if it is shingles or not.
Shingles are usually multiple painful blisters and spread to a particular dermatome. Treatment is with anti viral agents like acyclovir for a period of 7 days. For the pain i prescribe tramadol and pregabalin.
