Question : I've had herpes for over 10 years without treatment now I'm starting to get blisters on my feet and penis what is the treatment for it

Can take tablet aciclovir 400 mg

Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
In herpes antiviral treatment is given to persons having very frequent and severe episodes.
In others only symptomatic treatment is offered.
If you are having a severe eruption on penis and feet I would recommend you to take tablet aciclovir 400 mg thrice daily for 5-7 days.
Antivirals are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
