Question : hi. I have got some blisters on the head of my penis ... it could have been because I visited a public toilet recently or because of excessive masturbation.

there is no pain though.

please help.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts and photograph that you have posted it appears that you have blisters over your glans penis and coronal sulcus which strngly resemble to be typical Herpes Infection

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) id you have unprotected sex very recently ?

The photographs that you have posted resembles typical characterstics of Genital Herpes infection .Get following basic test done to confirm the diagnostis
1) PCR blood test
2) Culture test for herpes viral infection
3) Fluorescent antibody test.

In the mean while start taking anti viral drug like Acyclovir twice daily

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
