Brief Answer:
it might be viral infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear ,I understand your concern.
In my opinion blisters on vagina might go in favour of viral infection ie.,herpes virus.

So you might need a course of antiviral drugs.

So discuss with your doctor regarding that.

Check if your partner also has same type of infection where in he might also need the treatment.

The exudate from blister might be subjected to histological examination for diagnosing the condition.

If it is an viral infection and it is the first episode you might need a oral course of antivirals.

You might apply povidone ointment for the lesions.

Practice safe sex practice with usage of Condom.

Dont worry after the diagnosis it subsides with apt treatment.

Feel free to ask any more queries.

Brief Answer:
Medicine to be taken under doctor supervision

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I told you it might be viral infection as similar features like blisters are seen in it also. . I have given you a probable diagnosis but I cannot confirm it without clinical examination.
The lesions must be examined and diagnosed then only you might need to take the antiviral drugs.
The type of antiviral drug and dosage are decided by the doctor depending on the severity of lesion.
And I feel it’s better to take medicine under doctor supervision. So discuss about this your doctor.
Hope this satisfies your query.

Good luck...Dr. Srilatha
