Question: What's the explanation for blisters filled with blood tinged serum that formed on the surface of a bad bruise I sustained on my knee last week. They've self-drained and are now almost resolved.

Brief Answer:
Its usually due to liquefaction of clotted blood

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Sir

Resolution of hepatoma usually causes liquefaction of clotted blood which may sometimes lead to blood tinged serum and discharge. As the lesion is healed , there seems to be no cause for concern.
