Brief Answer:
Looks like Dyspepsia

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam,

I can understand the concern you have regarding the disease condition of yours and I have full sympathy with you.

Based on the limited description, I feel you may be suffering with dyspepsis. I would start you on antacids like digene and ranitidine for a few days and order ultrasound scan, rapid urease breathe test and upper GI endoscopy to rule out other co-existing gall bladder / gastritis conditions.
You should discuss about it with the local physician and ask for a gastroenterologist reference.

In the meantime, avoid beverages and avoid excess use of pain killers.

Please let me know if you suffer from any other medical illness / use regular medications in the follow up.

Hope I have cleared your doubt, if further any please do let me know.

Please do not hesitate to write me back,

Wishing you good health and good luck,

Regards,

Thanks.
