Question : Experiencing bloating and very slight burning sensation in throat. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

This could be due to acid reflux.

Hi,.
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question.
With symptoms provided by you, this could be due to acid reflux from stomach.
Nothing to worry you will be fine.
I recommend the following for you.
1) Avoid spicy and junk foods.
2) Avoid taking tea or coffee in empty stomach.
3) Smoking or drinking alcohol will aggravate this condition. Limit these. Especially never drink in empty stomach.
* If you don't have these habits kindly ignore this suggestion.
4) Avoid skipping your meals and keep regular diet habits.
5) Take your dinner at least 2 hours before bedtime and avoid lying down as soon as you take your meals.
6) Proton pump inhibitors like rabeprazole. This provides a effective relief for burning sensation and bloating.
This should be taken in empty stomach in the early morning .
Nothing to worry, you will be fine.
