Brief Answer:
Nexium not the cause, reflux or hiatal hernia to determine

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern.

Your symptoms are not related to nexium use. Possible causes include reflux or hiatal hernia. Upper endoscopy is necessary to determine the final diagnosis.

For the moment, I advise to :
- avoid foods that would trigger gas like cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, etc.
- eat often and small portions
- take simethicone for bloating
- take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora

Hope it was of help!
