Question : every time i eat i feel so bloated and very heavy my stomach hurts on the sides can it possibly be because i am constipated.

Also, where are you in your menstrual cycle (counting the first day of menstruation as day 1)? Because around mid cycle and after, some women feel bloated due to hormone changes.

Do you feel like acid is coming up and having indigestion?
