Question : i have bloating and pain in lower abdomen, bleeding in stool, appears black and tarry stools, vomit whenever i eat, i feel weak and fatigue, i have nausea

Detailed Answer:
Hello, this whole symptomology is suggestive of gastric ulcer and is serious because it is bleeding so much so that tarry stools have started.
You urgently need to visit a gastroenterologist for endoscopic analysis of gastric mucosa at the earliest.
Till then keep taking bland diet with no oil, red pepper in it.
Also take tablet pantoprazole 40 mg twice a day empty stomach.
