Recemtly i have had a bloated stomach today out the blue my left upper chest pop then my body felt tingly i paniced thinking it was something to do with heart? What could cause poping?

Unless there is something fundamentally wrong with a strong family history of heart disease, it would be very unlikely for your to have heart disease at this age. A pop is often associated with joint movements and not the heart.
