Question : My daughter is on business trip overseas. She had what she thought was very bad PMS with major stomach distension or bloating. Period started 3 days ago and bloating has not subsided. What could this be?

Thanks for the query to HCM,
This is still the PMS as it can last at least 5 days after menses starts. She can be on antispasmodics like TAB EVASPAS or meftal spas to control the same.
