Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
hello and thank you for sending the question.

There are many different possibilities regarding the symptoms you have described. This could be gastroenteritis or possibly you might have an ulcer. Gastroenteritis typically causes bloating and some of Domino pain. Occasionally a fever might be present.

Ulcers can sometimes cause symptoms like you described as well.I think the most important thing for you would be to establish an appointment with your primary care physician for a focused consultation with a good physical examination to determine what exactly might be going on.

Your doctor might then consider ordering some laboratory testing or possibly imaging evaluation to see if there is something that could be contributing.

I hope you can see your doctor soon to help put together a plan to help you feel better very soon.

If you developed worsening of your symptoms or if the severity of discomfort becomes intolerable I would recommend that you report to your local emergency room for a media valuation.

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga
