Present Medical History
Iron deficiency Anemia
Minor Thalasemia
Joint pain - suprasinatus tear in the shoulder
Hypertention
My mom had complaints like stomach bloating ,frequent washroom , little indigestion hence we were asked to do the attaches scopy's , Request you to please review the same and let me know if the reports are normal and no medication is required for the same. We are yet to do the IGG and IGA test . kindly advice

Have gone through your details and i appreciate your concerns.
As per your query answers are-
There is a ulcers in terminal part of her ileum which could be suggestive of inflammatory bowel disease also therefore tests like IGA and IGG are suggested to her.Iron deficiency anemia could be due to loss of blood from ulcer.
Right now i would say that we should keep our fingers crossed till we have results of IGAand IGG with us.
It could be inflammatory bowel disease.

Hello my dear patient,
Have seen the reports.
IgG is just mildly elevated and i don’t think its related to inflammatory bowel disease.
I don’t think it ulcerative coilitis or celiac.
