Question : Hello. I m using a sustanon 250 along with some other anabolics like deca, trenbolone, some test evanthate some days and boldenone with a really strict diet and a lot of calories(potatoe-rice-red meat in burgers-chicken-oats-green apples) due to my frame and in the third week a single day i had serious problem with stomach bloated,a lot of gas and burps with the taste of gastric axid fluids and diarhea..The next day everything back to normal..After a week same..And now fifth week again i had it yesterday..The thing is that day and maybe the next i can't eat anything cause my stomach is huge and i cant relax...I was also geting multi probiotics in caps which i stopped and i also take glaveral for this thing that gets me only at this times and i think called gastro-oesophageal reflux disease...Also i ve changed before couple weeks my protein powder and get a really cheap on which i also stopped from yesterday i dont know if this cost me the problem or the sustanon which i ve read causes symptoms like that to some of us

I have gone through your query. Probiotics can cause bloating, abdominal discomfort and diarrhea in some people. Anabolic steroid also causes gastrointestinal upset in some.

Liver function tests should be assessed as anabolic steroids can cause altered liver function and associated gastric upset also.

You can stop anabolic steroids initially and see whether your condition improves. But if that is not the condition then it can be most likely due to probiotics. In such case a short course antibiotic therapy will help you.

You can use yogurt which will give you essential probiotics and better avoid the capsules. In case of upper gastric discomfort like nausea or heart burn a short course proton pump inhibitors like pantoperazole will be helpful also.
