Brief Answer:
MODIFY YOUR DIET AND TAKE MEDICINES

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to healthcaremagic.com.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

What I feel from your query is that your appetite is alright but your metabolism is not at par with your appetite. In these cases, what occurs is one's neural control over food remains okay so patient feels hungry but due to irrational food habits, the food he/she takes is difficult to digest, so stomach feels full, patient feels nauseated and undigested food leads to gas and stomach fullness, sometimes pain. In few people, an eating disorder called binge eating leads to similar problems. The solution to this is modification of diet and few medicines to treat the symptoms.
Do the following-

Take small frequent meals a day like eating light amount of food every three to four hours. It is easy to digest.
Take more fresh fruits and vegetables, more dietary fibers or bulk forming products that accumulates water and improves motility.
Avoid fatty or junk food.
Do brisk exercises like walking for half an hour a day or cycling or swimming. It enhances metabolism.
You can consult a dietitian if you need to standardise your diet. He/she can make you a proper diet chart, adequate in calories, fat and protein with enough carbs.
Take tab pantoprazole-domperidone combination once daily before breakfast for 7 days. When the nausea and gas decreases, you can continue with pantoprazole 40 or pantoprazole-levosulpiride combination for a month.
Take multivitamin syrup once daily for a month.

Give me a feedback after 1 month or earlier if required.

Hope I have answered your question.
You can contact me for further queries.
Regards.
