Brief Answer:
Others symptoms ? Standing X-ray abdomen .

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of gastric bypass several years ago and bloating stomach. You query pertains to what is to be done.

I would be happy to know some details, please provide for us to have more interaction and solution.

Other than bloating do you have any other symptoms ?
Nausea / vomiting / change of bowel habits / pain / fever / any other general problems ?

Till I get your answer I would advise you some points:
Get an X-ray of the abdomen in the standing position.
Please post any reports/ prescriptions / investigations if already done.

You can take activated charcoal tablets, continue Pantoprazole and dd-on Domperidone, a motility regulator.

Awaiting for your feedback.

Brief Answer:
ultrasonography / food adjustments / anxiety

Detailed Answer:
Good Day !
Noted the history of no other symptoms.

Activated charcoal pills will be available in Pharmacy. Please ask for specifically and I hope you will get it.

Let us see the commonest causes of bloating:
Aerophagia means inadvertent swallowing of the air which in turn can be due to anxiety and many other causes.
Mild form of enteritis where the balance between normal bacterial flora and the gas producing bacteria is disturbed.
Gas producing foods and beverages. Certain foods and aerated beverages can give more bloating ; you will have to find such things and stop taking them.
Some medical disorders like Gall bladder stones also can cause bloating- Ultrasonography helps to diagnose these.

Consult a Gastroenterologist , get clinical examination and investigations to find the cause and get treated accordingly.
