What Causes Bloating, nausea, belching And Abdominal Cramps?

Acid peptic disease is to be ruled out.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.
I am Dr Aslam here to help you.
All your symptoms points towards an acid peptic disease/peptic ulcer disease. The only unrelated symptom is a decreased urine output, which may just indicate inadequate fluid intake due to nausea and belching.
In such cases in my clinic, after confirming the diagnosis with an abdominal examination,I usually give antacids, acid lowering drugs like PPIs,and anti emetics for 5-7 days, and review the case after that.Usually, while PPIs are to be continued for few more weeks, other drugs can be taken off by this time.
You can see a physician for correct diagnosis and management.
Meanwhile, there are some important things to be followed with this diagnosis.
1)The first and most important-we have to get rid off smoking somehow.Nicotine will increase acid output in our stomach to a greater extent, causing further damage to the already unhealthy mucosa.
2)Alocohol also to be avoided.
3)Avoid spicy/oily/fried/non veg items as far as possible.
4)Take enough green leafy veges, fruits and plenty of fluids.
5)Reduce tea/coffee/chocolates.
6)Make food habits regular.Avoid "as and when needed" type eating.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have further query,I will be happy to help.
Wishing for a fatser cure,Thank you.

Yes,it can be.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
You had not mentioned about IBS.
Though not typical of IBS,these symptoms can be caused by IBS also.
The usual presentation of IBS is-recurrent abdominal pain/discomfort,accompanied by a change in the frequency or consistency of stools, and relieved by defecation. This symptoms are aggravated by a fatty food and stress. But,there can also be bloating/abdominal distension/other dyspeptic symptoms.
So your current symptoms can well be part of your IBS also.If this, treatment on this line will help(like anticholinergics,TCAs etc).Otherwise,if this has contribution from peptic ulcer disease(may not be painful to start with),and not coming down with antacids and PPIs,we may need further investigations like an OGD scopy,H Pylori screening etc.
Kindly see your physician/gastro-enterologist for further evaluation and management.
Regarding urination,if the urine is high colored(yellowish),this indicates poor hydration. If the color is clear or pink/red,and the output is definitely low,we have to confirm that by IO-OP charting, check blood pressure, and do a renal function test.Your doctor will guide in this.
Hope, now you got cleared. If you have no further questions, you can close the discussion and rate the answer.
Wishing a faster cure,Thank you.
