Brief Answer:
nasal endoscopy, blood tests.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

I see similar cases amongst young people who visit my clinic. I would like to ask you few more details.

Is your nasal block associated with head-ache or sneezes ? Is there snoring ?

Kindly get back to me with details.

It could be due to these possibilities-

1. Infections-sinusitis

2. Anatomical abnormalities- deviated septum, turbinate hypertrophy

3. Allergic rhinitis (pollen,dust)

4. vasomotor rhinitis (stress,anxity)

I suggest you to to consult ENT surgeon and get detailed ent examination, nasal endoscopy (sinusitis, anatomical abnormalities). Blood tests ( absolute eosinophilic test, skin tests) allergic rhinitis.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
