Question : My wife had miscarriage as she was 11 weeks pregnant. They have conducted vaginal scan and mentioned there is no sign of fetus and some blood clots available in uterus. Any suggestions, what we should do? In Australia, we had been advised to go as normal. I am looking for advise what we should do in terms of precautions for her to be in a better situation. Any specific foods to be avoided and or any specific food to be taken.

Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
When you had termination?
It was suction and evacuation?
Are you having any bleeding?
If she is not having any bleeding, there is no need to worry, it is a normal finding.
She should take iron preparation and food rich in iron and protein.
She should drink a lot of water. Hope to hear from you soon.
Good luck.
Regards
