What Causes Blood Clotting Disorder After Taking Pause-MF?

Question: hi doctor , i am 26 years old, took tablet pause MF today since it had a blood cloth thrice from morning, i took the tablet 6 and half hours back,now it is reduced being 4th day , do i have take the tablet once again now.

I appreciate your concern for the duration of treatment for bleeding.

Pause MF contains Tranexamic acid and Mefanamic acid.

The recommended dose is 2 tablets to be taken orally 3 times daily as long as needed for up to 5 days. You should not use it continuously through out the month as this may lead to clotting abnormalities.
