Brief Answer:
Monitor to see if it happens again!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Am sorry to hear about this finding and all the inconvenience this must have caused you. As a one time observation and of very small volumes, this really means nothing big. However, I will suggest that you stay observant to see if this will repeat itself again. If it happens again and again, at that time I will request for a complete examination of the breasts to look for possible explanations. For now, there is no reason to get that worried as there are no other red flags that should get us running around.

I hope this helps.I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
