Brief Answer:
it will heal in sometime.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.

I can understand your concerns.

This is fairly common and many people face this.

I have some suggestions for you:

Any wound to the penile tissue heals more rapidly due to good blood supply in that region.

Do not use any ointments. Let it heal on its own.

Roll the skin forward, and leave it there to heal.

In a few days(a week or two) the wound will heal completely, and you can then begin some stretching exercises to lengthen the frenulum.

Begin to retract enough to put some slight tension on the frenulum, Never far enough to cause pain. More tension will harm things.

Hold the retracted stretch for 30 seconds, relax the stretch for 10 seconds to let the blood flow back into the area, and keep repeating the retraction/relaxation exercise in 30/10 second cycles for as long as you have time for in the morning.

Do a stretch or two during each washroom break over the day.

Use condom like before during sex, till the wound heals.

Kindly consult your doctor if the problem increases in severity.

Hope this helps.

Take care.
Thanks.
