Question : So I went out with a couple of friends and ended up getting really drunk and being intimate with someone. when I woke up I had blood all over my boxer briefs. When I checked my penis I noticed that the frenulum was pulled apart from the head of the penis. I don't know if I should go to a doctor or let it heal. The frenulum is just hanging out and I'm freaking out a little. I'm scared to clean it because it hurts when I pull the skin back. Not sure what to do...

Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that you have posted you seem to have sustained injury to your frenulum being torn due to dry vigorous sexual act .

It needs to assess the extent of injury by a qualified General surgeon or Urologist and may need to undergo surgery of Frenuloplasty .

Till then clean the genitals with Betadine and apply antibiotic ointment like Soframycin or Neosprin .
