Question : is this something to worry about my wife has had these more and more.

I am so sorry to hear about these spots that your wife has. I will like to know how many she has at this time and whether this has always occurred on the same area or not. This looks like blot filled spots. While a majority are benign, some may signal a disease condition if in great numbers. Also, some are related to medications. Please, kindly precise to me whether she is on any specific drugs and the number and location sites of these spots.

she has some in the back arm legs also are these diseases cancerous what would be your recommendation I can send some more pics

These are angioma and are blood filled pockets. They are not cancerous. Most are benign and do not suggest any possible disease condition. Send more pictures to me but observation only is the way to go at this time.
