Brief Answer:
Lifestyle modification required

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Health care magic.

I have gone through your query. The blood could originate from the stomach or mouth.
You need to maintain proper oral hygiene. Brush your teeth twice a day. Learn right brushing techniques. Use mouth wash.
Reflux could also be the source of your bleeding. Take small but frequent meals. Exercise regularly. Avoid spicy food and chillies. Take omeprazole daily before breakfast.

Knee pain seemingly unrelated.

Try these and things should soon be fine.

Regards
