Brief Answer:
Yes injury can cause blood in the semen

Detailed Answer:
welcome to health care magic,

Blood in the semen or medically known as hematospermia is caused by inflammation, infection or traumatic injury to the reproductive tract. So the traumatic injury to these parts may be the cause hematospermia or blood in the semen.

If bleeding is profuse or it remains persistent, I suggest you to visit a surgeon or an XXXXXXX Investigations such as urine / semen analysis along with ultrasound of the seminal vesicles and prostate may be needed.

Hope this helps. Feel free to ask any followup questions if needed
