Question : i am currently experincing blood in my seman and pain in my left testicle, i do not recall any trauma. I am 26 years old with no prior conditions I am looking for a professionals opion whether or not i should be worried or take immediate action.

Blood in the semen associated with testicular pain is most often due to Orchitis which is nothing but inflammation of the tesricles.
I recommend that you see your general physican as it had to be treated with antibiotics.
I would also want you to get the following tests
1. complete blood count
2. urine routine
3. ultra sound of the scotum and pelvis
