Question : I recently found my ejaculate to contain blood. Urine is clear, but ejaculate contains blood. I masturbate frequently and have never seen this before and am concerned. It has been several days not and I still see blood. I do have slight burning sensation "inside" near the tip of my penis. Otherwise feel fine.

Such symptoms are very common caused by prostate infection. Slight burning and blood in semen along with lower abdominal pain, rectal pain can be present.

I suggest you to consult urologist. Prostate examination should be done and antibiotic prescribed.
