Question : Upon ejaculation I am experiencing a bloody seminal fluid...no blood in urine...no painful urination...normal urination flow...some twinges of pain in my left testicle

I think I would be able to help you.
The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible epididymitis.
In this the typical feature is a pink coloured semen.
We need to know the exact type of the infection.
I would ideally suggest testing the semen. A seminal fluid examination should be helpful.
since you gave history of testicular pain, a ultrasound would be important too.

I have had a vasectomy in my 30's and the seminal fluid is actually a blood red and not pinkish. Prior to being treated with Cipro it was a pinkish color
