Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have blood in semen (Haematospermia). It needs to be investigated thoroughly to find out the source of bleeding.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have any urinary symptoms associated like increased frequency, urgency, nocturia suggesting enlarged Prostate.?
2) Are you taking any drugs like Aspirin ,or Anticoagulant?

You will need digital rectal examination and the following tests
1)Routine urine test
2) Semen Examination and semen culture.
3) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and scrotum and Trans Rectal Ultrasound scanning
4) Serum PSA.

A qualified urologist will know about these tests. Further treatment will depend upon the findings of above tests and final diagnosis.
