Brief Answer:
Avoid sex for a week; follow as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to HCM.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

I understand your concern.
Blood in semen can have many causes among which infections, prostate problems and local injury are most important. Also uncontrolled blood pressure can lead to such symptoms.
You have said that PSA, prostate and testicles are normal. That leaves you with the rest of the possibilities. I would suggest-

Avoidance of sex for a week to avoid local injury.
Control your blood pressure if you are hypertensive.
Take plenty of oral fluid.
Take tablet levofloxacin for 5days to take care of any possible infections after getting it prescribed.
If not reduced, an Ultrasound is suggested.

Hope this was useful.
Regards.
