Blood during ejaculation means that there in inflammation in the reproductive system which can be either prostate or your testicles.
Here is what you should do

1. Give your urine and semen for testing to rule out infection
2. Get a scan of the pelvis and Doppler of the scrotum
3. i usually start antibiotics like levofloxacin once a day for 5 days
4. drink plenty of water
