Question : hello i have some reddness in my semem and some soreness in one testicel i,m 53 years old

Hi Sir,

I understand your concern.

You possibly seem to have Hematospermia.

This could possibly arise from infection of testicle and associated epididymis.

This is aptly called epididymo-orchitis.

For Confirmation,I advise you to get a scrotal ultrasound doppler.

Definitive treatment consists of administration of antibiotics like Gudcef CV.

The infection could have resulted from any one or more of the following routes.

1.Ascending urinary tract-from penile urethra.

2.Recent Sexual intercourse.

3.Unhygienic undergarments.

4.And most important Benign Prostate Hypertrophy.
