Consultation
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
Blood in the ejaculate indicate injury or a bleeding point in the prostate or anywhere in the length of the urethra. This must be looked in detail.
I strongly recommend you to visit a Urologist as early as possible. If the bleeding site gets infected or inflamed it can give rise to new set of symptoms and can worsen the condition.
This needs detailed examination and proper management at the earliest to prevent complications. Get consulted at the earliest.
Wish you good health.
Regards,

If Not from injury, can the Blood/pus possibly originate from a previous injury to say the belly button area where it bleeds inner cavity...draining *(as i sit alot), through the muscle slit holding the testies, filling the testies w/debre & thus polluting the ejaculate that way ?
It doesn't drissle.....& in No way affects Urine..."ONLY" when ejaculating, & i insist i have had No injuries in the Testies/prostate area in recent history ?, if it were bleeding Raw , wouldnt it show up when ever it over flowed - down the ureatha ??
i have an appointment w/my PCP, on August 1st, what extra details might i give him ??

                                    Brief Answer:
Defect in testes or its ducts
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the follow up.
No, injury to no other structures in the abdomen or vicinity leads to blood in the ejaculate. Only if there is an inflammation, ulcer or an injury to the testes its ducts prostate and urethra can lead to blood in ejaculate.
Detailed clinical examination will give a clue into where actually the bleeding spot is.
