Hello, Thank you for posting your question on Health Care Magic.
Blood in semen is caused due to many reasons like infection, swelling of your genitalia.Any injury to your genitalia, swelling of your prostate gland and sometimes tumor.
It is usually Benign and self limiting.
But in your case due to your age I would recommend you to initially go in for an ultrasound of the pelvis and if.you anything suspicious is found then a biopsy would be recommended.
Meanwhile just hydrate yourself well and if it.recurs send the sample for analysis
