Brief Answer:
Keep monitor your situation

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking in HCM

I have gone through your concern and i can understand you.

According to the history you explain in some patients who are under treatment with warfarin after an episode of cough might be a bit of blood in their sputum.

This for example might happen during a flu or common cold.

So the most important thing in your case is the amount of blood and the time duration of it.

If it is from a viral condition it will pass soon but if it lasts and the amount of blood increases please get the medical help, talk with your doctor about your problem.Probably he will stop warfarin to you.

If you were my patient i would advice you to monitor your situation in future days having regards to the above.

It does not seems to be e serious situation but take care.

Regards and fee free to ask me again.
