Brief Answer:
Needs a clinical assessment of both the conditions.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.

Blood in the stool and lymph nodes in your left arm might be two independent and separate entities.

The lymph nodes in the left arm might have swollen in response to the sores in your left arm. Ofcourse this needs to be assessed clinically. If clinically it seems so, then a course of broad spectrum antibiotic, an anti inflammatory with a proton pump inhibitor, and care of the wound would take care of this part of your problem.

Blood in the stool also needs to be assessed clinically by knowing your dietary habits, a per rectal examination and a procoscopy/colonoscopy depending on the clinical assessment. In case you are constipated, I would advise you to go for a high roughage diet along with plenty of liquids. You might need a stool softener as well. Further management would depend on the clinical assessment and other reports.

I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.

Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. I wish you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
