Brief Answer:
It might be due to haemarrhoids

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic.I understand your concern.
In my opinion as you saw the blood clot and dripping in motion it might be due to piles.
Haemarrhoids or piles are routinely seen in pregnancy.Constipation is also routinely seen in pregnancy due to progesterone hormone or iron preparation.
If there is blood in other times or staining your inner it might be vaginal bleeding.
But if it is only at the time of passing motion
it might suggest piles mostly.Always keep your motion to normal consistency by taking adequate fluids upto 3 litres, high fibre diet and laxatives.Dont worry laxatives are safe in pregnancy.Changing the iron preparation if that is thought to be the cause. If piles are the cause for bleeding by following the above measures it might subside.
So I suggest you to consult your gynaecologist and get an examination done to rule out whether it is vaginal or anal bleeding
Vaginal bleeding might be due to :-
1)Cervical causes like erosion, polyp or varicosities.
2)Any excess physical strain.
3)Hormonal imbalances like thyroid abnormalities or progesterone deficiency.
So in the case of vaginal bleeding all these above causes are ruled out by examination ,thyroid profile and ultrasound.
Even in this case with apt treatment bleeding subsides and pregnancy continues normally.
In either case of bleeding take iron rich food like dates, figs, green leafy veggies, zaggery and liver and iron supplements to counteract anaemia causing due to bleeding.
Nothing to worry.Relax.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to ask any more queries.
